Maple Brown Butter Stuffed Grilled Peaches

Grilled peaches are one of those simple summer desserts that always feel a little magical. The heat brings out their sweetness, and a maple brown butter with sage and thyme makes them taste almost caramelized.

Add a little honey goat cheese and a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you’re done. It’s barely a recipe, but it tastes like you really tried.
